Our Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon shows concentrated black fruit flavors, framed by notes of spicy oak. It is a rich and elegant wine with balance and refinement characteristic of Cabernet grapes grown on the Silverado Bench. The Estate Reserve has the fruit intensity and velvety tannic structure to improve through years of aging, although it’s also very rewarding to enjoy now.
